MIM50 (Microsoft Integration Module 50) is a real time integration module which links Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Sage 50 accounts. Purchasing a MIM licence will allow you to use two different processes to push content through to Sage 50. MIM Tab

A real-time link displays the following data directly from the Sage 50 database and allows purchasers to view – customer details, credit limits, available balance, payment terms, accounts status, previously posted invoices, details of the payments made and stock levels from the Sage 50 stock list.

Quick Quote

The real-time link allows customers to generate an order, quote or invoice from the Sage 50 stock list and push it straight into Sage 50. All discount structures applied in line 50 are used so multi purchase discounts will automatically be applied to individual customers.

Processing screen

Orders/Quotes can also be created in the opportunity area of the CRM, within the MIM tab customers can choose to process or ignore these orders into Sage 50. This is especially helpful for organisations that have to send multiple quotes / orders to a customer before a purchase is confirmed.

Additional products

Additional products – Can be ‘Written in’ products can be included by either processing methods (quick quote or the opportunity route) allowing great flexibility, different types of tax rates can be applied and there is no need to carry these products in Sage 50, ideal for companies who supply additional ad-hoc services to customers or companies.

Purchase orders

Supplier PO’s can be generated in the CRM and again pushed straight into Sage 50 using the quick quote screen, supplier price lists will be displayed in real-time and are linked directly to the pricing structures from Sage 50.

Allowing users to maintain the same accounting system and interact with the CRM will save considerable time and effort in re-keying of orders from the sales department to be more accurate and not having to change accounting processes and require staff training on a new system.
