What does OAKLEY do for Frontier?

OAKLEY provided a completely integrated business solution that included a website, CRM/Taxpoint integration & customer portal. This solution created a fully designed and implemented website based around Flash animation with Microsoft .NET framework for the members area. The members area is fully integrated with a bespoke messaging systemand this is linked with the Sage CRM MME system that Frontier use internally for managing client requirments. As part of this system, OAKLEY has integrated Sage CRM MME with Taxpoint software to allow the consultants to view relevant tax information from a view within CRM.

This system has combined many different requirements and development environments, but is an excellent example of OAKLEY's commitment to provide business solutions.
